The ridge of high pressure from the northwest lies over the Adriatic, while moist air is inflowing in high levels from the west.

In the Central and South Adriatic NE and N winds 6-16, in the North Adriatic variable winds 4-12 at first and in the afternoon NE strengthening to 10-22 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 20 km. Fair or mainly cloudy, in the North and Central Adriatic light scattered rain, particularly in the afternoon.

NE winds strengthening to moderate and strong, in places of the North and Central Adriatic during the night up to near gale force. Sea increasing to slight and moderate. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, but partial cloud breaking is expected during the night, firstly in the North Adriatic.
