The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northeast.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE winds 6-16, in places at first up to 22, turning gradually to NW 6-16 knots, firstly toward the open sea. In the extreme south of the Adriatic NE winds 12-24 knots, easing toward the end of the day and during the night to 6-16 knots. Sea 2-3, in the extreme south of the Adriatic during the day possibly 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in the open in the morning and during the night possibly reduced to around 5 km due to mist. Clear skies.
