IN THE SOUTH ADRIATIC, DURING THE NIGHT AGAIN ALL ALONG THE COAST, LOCAL GUSTS OF NE WINDS 35-45, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT UP TO 55 KNOTS.

The field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while the shallow low is generating over the central Mediterranean.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE winds turning to NW 4-14, toward the open up to 18, only in the extreme south of the Adriatic still up to 22 knots. Sea 2-3, in the South Adriatic 3-4. Visibility above 20 km, but in places of the extreme north of the Adriatic reduced to around 5 km due to mist. Mostly clear at first, but becoming variably cloudy in the afternoon.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
Again moderate to strong NE winds, in the Velebit Channel in the second part of the night up to near gale force. Sea smooth or slight, in the open and in the Velebit Channel up to moderate. In the extreme north of the Adriatic a chance of mist here and there. Fine or fair.
