The ridge of high pressure over the Adriatic is gradually weakening.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE winds expected to strengthen gradually toward the end of the day to 10-20 knots. West of Istria still variable winds, mainly NE and NW 4-10 knots. Sea 1-2, south of Istria increasing to 2-3, toward the end of the day to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km, but locally in the open sea possibly less than 1 km due to fog. Cloud increase, bringing rain in places late in the day and during the night.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
SE winds further strengthening to moderate and strong and sea increasing to slight and moderate. West of Istria light winds and sea smooth. Locally in the open sea a little chance of fog patches, mainly in the northern part of the Adriatic. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers.
