NE winds 8-18, in places up to 22, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic, and in the Velebit Channel up to 26 knots, easing gradually and turning around midday to NW winds 4-14, toward the open sea up to 18, and in the North Adriatic to SE and E 4-12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the southern part 3-4, calming in the North Adriatic from midday to 1-2. Visibility above 20 km. Variably cloudy in the North and mostly clear in the rest of the Adriatic.
