The trough with frontal disturbance has approached the Adriatic from the northwest.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE winds 14-30, in the South Adriatic up to 38, in the North, then in the Central Adriatic, turning to SW and easing to 12-24 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open possibly up to 5, mainly in the South Adriatic. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with rain, showers and thunder, firstly in the north of the Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
Partial clearing and precipitation gradually ceasing, but along the coast of the North and South Adriatic still a risk of rain. In the north of the Adriatic a new cloud increase around midday. SW winds will ease to moderate, then turning again to SE and strengthening to moderate and strong. Sea slight and moderate, in the South Adriatic up to rough at first.
