Synopsis
The weakened frontal system is shifting from the South Adriatic further eastwards, while the ridge of high pressure is intensifying from the west.

NE winds 12-24, in the Velebit Channel up to 28, easing in the afternoon to 12-22 knots and turning in places to NW. Sea 2-3, in the open 3-4. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear, only in the South Adriatic at first still variably cloudy with a risk of rain.

Moderate to strong NE winds further easing, most lately in the Velebit Channel and in the extreme south of the Adriatic tomorrow morning. Sea slight and moderate, calming later on. Clear skies.
