The field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a weakened frontal system is approaching from the north.

NW winds 4-14, strengthening toward the end of the day to 8-18, turning along the coast during the night to NE 6-16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the South and Central Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, but cloud increase is expected in the North Adriatic during the night.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
Moderate, in places up to fresh NW, and along the coast light to moderate NE winds, only in the Velebit Channel NE strengthening to moderate to strong. Sea smooth or slight. Cloud increase, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic with a risk of a little rain.
