Synopsis
The cold and moist air associated with the low centred over the Tyrrhenian Sea is circulating over the Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE winds in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic 15-25, in the Velebit Channel up to 35 knots, easing through the day. In the rest of the Adriatic E winds 15-25, and toward the open sea of the South Adriatic SE 5-15, at first still up to 25 knots. Sea 3-4, toward the open up to 4, calming gradually. Visibility around 10 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, toward the open of the Central and South Adriatic with isolated rain showers. Partial clearing in the North Adriatic.

Light to moderate, in the Velebit Channel in the morning still up to fresh NE and E winds. Sea smooth, toward the open up to slight. Fine or fair, in a part of the Central and South Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers.
