Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NW, along the coast at first SW winds, 4-14 knots, easing toward the end of the day and during the night. In the North Adriatic during the night NE winds strengthening to 12-22 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing in the North Adriatic during the night to 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to 2-10 km due to mist. Mostly clear, but gradual cloud increase is expected in the North Adriatic toward the end of the day and during the night.

In the North, before the morning in a part of the Central Adriatic as well, NE winds strengthening to moderate and strong, in the Velebit Channel up to near gale force. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic mainly calm or light NE winds. Sea calm or smooth, in the North, in the morning in a part of the Central Adriatic as well, increasing to slight and moderate. Mostly clear, but in the North Adriatic variably cloudy, during the day with a little rain in places, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka. A risk of mist in places.
