ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS. A CHANCE OF GUSTS OF NE WINDS IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT, REACHING 35-45 KNOTS.

The trough with frontal disturbance is shifting very slowly across the Adriatic eastwards, while the ridge of high pressure is expected to intensify from the northwest during the night.

S and SW, in places along the coast SE winds 6-16, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic still up to 20 knots, turning gradually to NW 6-16, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic from midday up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with a risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, but partial clearing is expected in the afternoon and toward the end of the day, firstly in the northern part of the Adriatic.

Further clearing, but in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night a new passing cloud increase, bringing a little rain or a shower with thunder toward the morning. Light to moderate, in the open sea of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic in the first part of the night still up to fresh NW, turning in the North Adriatic from the middle of the night to NE and strengthening to moderate to strong. Sea smooth or slight, in the northern part of the Adriatic in the second part of the night possibly up to moderate.
