At times gusts of SE wind 35-50 knots in the Central and South Adriatic and the sea locally in the open 5, diminishing forenoon. In the North Adriatic local gusts of NE wind 35-45 knots, diminishing fast already in the course of the morning but intensifying again from the middle of the night.

A field of low is stationary over the Adriatic while intensifying of a ridge of high is expected from the northwest.

In the Central and South Adriatic SE wind 14-26, locally up to 32 knots, diminishing gradually in the course of the day to 5-15 knots and in places turning to SW and NW winds. In the North Adriatic NE and E winds 8-18, in the Velebit Channel up to 24 knots, diminishing fast already in the morning and turning to SE and SW winds 6-16 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open of the Central and South Adriatic possibly 5, calming gradually during the day to 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Fair to mostly cloudy and warm. There is a chance of rain or a shower locally in the North Adriatic.
