Synopsis
The shallow low with frontal system is drifting across the Adriatic eastwards, while the ridge of high pressure will intensify from the northwest.

In the North, then gradually in the Central Adriatic, NE winds strengthening to 16-26, in the Velebit Channel up to 38 knots. In the southern part of the Adriatic variable winds, mainly SE 10-20 knots, turning at times to NW. Sea 2-3, in the North Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder.

NE winds gradually spreading to the rest of the Adriatic and strengthening to strong and near gale force, in the Velebit Channel up to gale force. Sea slight and moderate. Variably cloudy with scattered rain and with a chance of isolated rain showers with thunder. Clearing is expected in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
