Synopsis
The ridge of high pressure is extending toward the Adriatic from the north and further weakening, while moist and unstable air is still circulating in the high levels.

NE and NW winds 6-16, in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE up to 22, in the Velebit Channel up to 26 knots, easing briefly and giving way in the afternoon to NW and SW, along the coast of the southern part of the Adriatic to SE 4-14 knots. Sea 2-3, in the Velebit Channel up to 4 in the morning. Visibility 20 km. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly in the South and Central Adriatic.
