Synopsis
The field of mean and a little lowered air pressure is still keeping a changeable and unsettled weather over the Adriatic, but the ridge of high pressure is slowly intensifying from the northwest.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NW and N, in places NE winds, 8-18, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 26, and west of Istria up to 12 knots. Sea 2-3, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4, west of Istria 1-2. Visibility 20 km. Variably cloudy with a chance of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, mainly along the coast, but cloud thinning is expected in the North Adriatic in the afternoon.

Light to moderate, at times up to fresh, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to strong NW and NE winds. In the Velebit Channel in the evening up to strong NE winds. Sea smooth or slight, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to moderate. Variably cloudy with a chance of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder, but cloud thinning is expected toward the end of the day and during the night.
