The ridge of high pressure is extending from the north, while unstable air is still circulating over the North Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
Wind turning to NW and W 8-18, easing in the evening and turning again to NE 4-14, strengthening in the northern part, briefly in places more to the south, up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, toward the open in the afternoon 3-4. Visibility above 20 km. Partly or mainly sunny, but cloud increase in the northern part of the Adriatic in the evening and a chance of a little rain.

Light to moderate, in the North Adriatic fresh and strong NE winds. Sea smooth or slight, locally in the North Adriatic up to moderate. Mostly clear, but in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with scattered rain and with a chance of isolated rain showers with thunder.
