The ridge of high pressure has intensified toward the Adriatic from the west, while the trough is still lingering over the South Adriatic.

NE winds turning to NW 8-18, in places up to 22 knots, along the coast in the evening again to NE. In the Velebit Channel NE winds up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear, but in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic still variably cloudy with a little chance of isolated rain showers and thunder.
