DURING THE NIGHT, FIRSTLY IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC, GUSTS OF NE WINDS RAPIDLY STRENGTHENING TO 35-60, IN THE VELEBIT CHANNEL UP TO 85 KNOTS. SEA POSSIBLY UP TO 5 IN THE NORTH ADRIATIC IN THE SECOND PART OF THE NIGHT. LIGHT ISOLATED THUNDERSTORMS ARE POSSIBLE ALONG THE COAST OF THE SOUTH ADRIATIC IN THE AFTERNOON AND IN THE NORTH AND IN A PART OF THE CENTRAL ADRIATIC DURING THE NIGHT.

NE and NW, then NW and W winds, 6-16 knots. Sea 1-2, only locally up to 3. Visibility 10-20 km. Sunny and hot, but in the South Adriatic variably cloudy with a little chance of isolated rain showers with thunder along the coast in the afternoon.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
In the North Adriatic NE winds rapidly strengthening to strong and gale force, gradually spreading during the night more to the south of the Adriatic and sea increasing to slight and moderate, in the north of the Adriatic before the morning possibly up to rough. Cloud increase is expected in the North, then in a part of the Central Adriatic, bringing rain in places, possibly isolated rain showers and thunder.
