The low centered over the Tyrrhenian Sea is shifting towards the Adriatic and then further on to the northeast.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE wind 12-22, increasing to 20-38 knots, late in the day in a large part of the North Adriatic turning to NE wind, then at night in the rest of the Adriatic to SW wind 16-32 knots. Sea 2-3, intensifying to 4-5, possibly 6. Visibility 10-20 km. Cloudy with scattered rain, rain showers and thunder, particularly at night there is a risk of abundant precipitation.

Strong and near gale SW decreasing to light to reinforced. In a part of the North Adriatic strong to gale force NE turning to NW and W which will be decreasing to light to moderate. Sea moderate and rough, possibly very rough, diminishing to slight and moderate.
