The low with frontal system is shifting across the Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE and S winds 15-30, gradually easing in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic and turning to SW and NW, in places to NE winds, 6-16 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open in the morning possibly up to 5, but calming later on. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy with rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, particularly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic light to moderate NE and NW, and in the open sea during the night NW winds strengthening to fresh. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic fresh SE winds, gradually easing. Sea smooth or slight, locally up to moderate, mainly in the open of the southern part. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder. In the North Adriatic in the evening precipitation will gradually come to an end and partial clearing will follow.
