Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NW winds 4-14, toward the open sea of the Central and South Adriatic up to 20, and along the coast during the night NE winds 4-14, in places along the coast of the North Adriatic up to 20 knots. In the Velebit Channel NE winds strengthening to 12-22, during the night to 26 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the southern part of the Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places 2-10 km due to mist, and in the northern part of the Adriatic during the night even less than 1 km due to fog. Mostly clear.

Along the coast light to moderate, in places of the northern part up to fresh, and in the Velebit Channel up to strong NE winds. In the open sea light to moderate, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to fresh NW winds. Sea smooth or slight. Mostly clear with mist in places, in the northern part of the Adriatic with a chance of fog as well, mainly toward the open sea.
