The field of high pressure over the Adriatic is weakening, while the influence of the upper-level trough is intensifying from the northwest.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE and NW winds 4-10 knots, briefly turning in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic around midday to W and SW winds. Sea 1-2. Visibility 10-20, in places in the morning around 4 km due to mist, and possibly even less than 1 km due to fog, mainly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. In the North Adriatic fair or mainly cloudy with light scattered rain or drizzle, elsewhere gradual cloud increase during the forenoon, bringing light scattered rain or drizzle later on, mainly in the Central Adriatic.
