Synopsis
The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the north.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel in the morning up to 24, and in the rest of the Adriatic at first, possibly reaching up to 20, turning toward the open sea, in the afternoon in places along the coast as well, to NW winds 6-16 knots. In the far south of the Adriatic NE winds 10-20, in the morning still up to 24 knots. Sea 2-3, in the far south of the Adriatic and in the Velebit Channel in the morning 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear, while in the south of the Adriatic at first still variably cloudy with a little rain, mainly in the far south.
