Occasional gusts of NE wind 35-60 in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic, during the day gradually spreading also to the rest of the Adriatic, reaching up to 80 knots in the Velebit Channel. Sea intensifying to 5 locally in the open of the North, then gradually also of the rest of the Adriatic.

The low centered across the Tyrrhenian Sea is shifting to the southeast whereas a ridge of high is intensifying from the west.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic, then during the day gradually also in the rest of the Adriatic NE wind increasing to 16-32, in the Velebit Channel up to 42 knots. Still initially in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic variable winds up to 12 knots. Sea intensifying to 3-4 in the North, then gradually also in the rest of the Adriatic and also 5 locally in the open of the North and Central Adriatic. Visibility 10-20 km. Fair to mostly cloudy with a chance of scattered rain, to the latest in the south and mainly in the open sea and in places in the north of the Adriatic.

Moderate to near gale force NE wind, in the Velebit Channel of gale force. The sea moderate, in the open also rough. Variably cloudy with scattered rain in places in the open sea.
