Local gusts of NE, in the open sea also of NW winds 30-40, in the Velebit Channel, late at night also along the coast of the extreme south of the Adriatic up to 50 knots. A chance of light isolated thunderstorms, mainly in the morning in the South and in a small part of the Central Adriatic.

A shallow low situated across the Ionian Sea is slowly filling up whereas a ridge of high will be intensifying from the west.

NE, in the open sea also NW winds 10-20, in the Velebit Channel and in the open sea of the North and Central, from midday also in the South Adriatic up to 28 knots. Sea 2-3, in the North, then also in the Central and late in the day also in the South Adriatic intensifying to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably cloudy, in the morning with scattered rain, rain showers and thunder only in some places in the South and in a small part of the Central Adriatic. Gradual clearing up is expected already in the morning in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic whereas late in the day also elsewhere.

Moderate to reinforced NE wind, in the Velebit Channel, late at night also along the coast of the extreme south strong as well whereas towards the open sea moderate to strong NW wind. In the second part of the night wind will be decreasing only a bit in the North Adriatic. Sea slight and moderate. Mostly clear.
