The field of high pressure lies over the Adriatic, while the shallow low is shifting from northern Africa toward the Ionian Sea.

Calm or variable winds, in the open sea NW 4-12, and only in the far south of the Adriatic NE winds up to 16 knots. Sea 1-2, in the far south of the Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20, in places around 4 km due to mist, possibly even less than 1 km due to fog, particularly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. In places variably cloudy with a chance of light scattered rain, in the far south of the Adriatic of rain shower with thunder.
