The trough with cold front is approaching the Adriatic from northwest.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE and SW winds strengthening to 12-22, in the North Adriatic up to 26 knots. Sea 2-3, increasing to 3-4. Visibility 10-20, in places reduced to around 4 km due to mist, in the far north of the Adriatic possibly to less than 1 km due to fog. Fair or mainly cloudy with scattered rain and with a chance of isolated rain showers with thunder, particularly in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic late in the day and during the night.
