The Genoa low is extending a trough with frontal disturbance toward the Adriatic.

Initially calm or NE winds 4-12, then SE and S winds strengthening to 12-24, in the Central and South Adriatic in the afternoon up to 30 knots, easing a little in the North Adriatic during the night. Sea 2-3, increasing during the day to 3-4, in the Central and South Adriatic toward the end of the day and during the night to 4-5, mainly toward the open. Visibility 10-20, in the far north of the Adriatic at first locally reduced to around 4 km due to mist, possibly even to less than 1 km due to fog. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the second part of the day.

Mainly cloudy with rain, showers and thunder, in places even heavier. Moderate to strong, in the Central and South Adriatic up to near gale force SE and S winds. In the North, from the middle of the night in a part of the Central Adriatic, SE and S winds will ease to light to fresh and turn to S and SW. Sea slight and moderate, locally in the Central and South Adriatic up to rough, mainly toward the open, while calming to smooth and slight in the North Adriatic.
