Synopsis
The ridge of high pressure is extending over the Adriatic from the northwest, while the low over the Tyrrhenian Sea is expected to deepen.

Calm or E and NE, in the open sea SE winds, 4-10, strengthening in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic to 8-18 knots. In the far south of the Adriatic during the night SE and SW winds strengthening to 18-28 knots. Sea 1-2, increasing to 2-3, in the far south of the Adriatic during the night to 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km. Mainly cloudy with scattered rain, isolated rain showers and thunder, mainly in the South and in the open sea of the Central Adriatic.
