The low over the Ligurian Sea will rapidly shift across the Tyrrhenian, toward the Ionian Sea.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
SE and SW winds 4-14, in the North Adriatic up to 18 knots. In the south of the Adriatic at first still NE winds 6-16 knots. In the Velebit Channel late in the day NE winds strengthening to 12-22 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Cloud increase. Scattered rain in the North Adriatic during the forenoon, in the Central and South Adriatic in the afternoon, mainly in the open sea. A little chance of light snow along the coast.
