Local gusts of SE and SW winds 35-45 whereas in the evening first in the North Adriatic of N and NW winds 35-45, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 50 knots, decreasing in the morning in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. At night and in the morning possible mist locally in the far north. Late in the day and at night the sea 5 in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic. Isolated thunderstorms are expected, mostly today.

A trough with a frontal system is shifting across the Adriatic today.

SE and SW winds increasing to 12-24, locally up to 28 knots, in the afternoon turning to N and NW winds 12-22 knots in the North, then also in a part of the Central Adriatic. The sea 3-4, late in the day and at night 5 in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic. Visibility 10-20 km, at night locally in the far north reduced to about 4 km due to mist, in places also possibly reduced to 1 km due to fog. Overcast with scattered rain and rain showers with thunder.

Moderate to strong N and NW winds, reaching near gale force in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic but in the morning in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic gradually decreasing to light to moderate. The sea smooth to slight, still in the first part of the night also moderate and rough in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic. At night and in the morning a risk of fog in the far north of the Adriatic. Gradual clearing up whereas a chance of scattered rain and isolated rain showers with thunder mostly at night in the open sea and in the far south as well.
