SE winds strengthening to 10-20 knots. North and west of Istria calm or NE winds 4-8 knots. Sea 2-3, locally up to 4 late in the day. Visibility 10-20 km, but in places reduced to around 1 km due to fog, mainly in the North Adriatic and along the Italian coast. Mainly cloudy with light scattered rain, mainly in the wider area of Rijeka.
