A ridge of high is intensifying from the northwest across the Adriatic whereas a shallow trough is slowly shifting from the south of the Adriatic to the east.

NE and NW winds 8-18, NE locally up to 22 knots whereas still initially locally in the South and in a small part of the Central Adriatic also SE and E winds 12-22 knots. The sea 2-3, towards the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic 3-4. Visibility 10-20 km but at night in the far north of the Adriatic possibly reduced to less than 1 km due to fog. Mostly clear whereas in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic variably cloudy with possible scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
