Synopsis
A shallow field of low pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a trough with frontal system is shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

SE winds 6-16, in places up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 5-15 km, but in places possibly reduced to less than 200 meters due to fog, particularly in the morning. In places variably cloudy with a slight risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
Weather forecast for the next 12 hours
Moderate and fresh SE winds will briefly ease in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night and turn to E, while more to the south will strengthen to moderate and strong. Sea smooth or slight, in the South and Central Adriatic up to moderate. Variably cloudy with scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder mainly in the North Adriatic.
