A shallow field of low pressure lies over the Adriatic, while a trough with frontal system is shifting north of the Adriatic eastwards.

SE winds 6-16, in places up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3. Visibility 5-15 km, but in places possibly reduced to less than 200 meters due to fog, particularly in the morning. In places variably cloudy with a slight risk of rain or showers with thunder.

Moderate and fresh SE winds briefly easing a little in the North Adriatic in the second part of the night, and turning to E, while more to the south of the Adriatic strengthening to moderate and strong. Sea smooth or slight, locally in the South and Central Adriatic up to moderate. Variably cloudy with rain or showers with thunder.
