A ridge of high pressure is intensifying towards the Adriatic from the northwest.

NE winds 6-16, in the Velebit Channel at first still up to 20, turning to NW 6-16, in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic up to 22, and along the coast overnight again NE winds 6-16, only in the far south of the Adriatic up to 20 knots. Sea 2-3, in the open of the South and of a part of the Central Adriatic, and in the Velebit Channel at first, 3-4, while calming in the North Adriatic during the night to 1-2. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear.
