NE wind 14-26, in places up to 30, in the Velebit Channel up to 40, easing a little in the afternoon and turning in the far south of the Adriatic to E and SE winds 12-22 knots. Sea 3-4, in the open of the North and of a part of the Central Adriatic up to 5. Visibility 20 km. Fair or mainly cloudy with a chance of rain and isolated rain showers with thunder, particularly in the South Adriatic and in the open sea.

Moderate to strong, in places of the North Adriatic up to near gale force and in the Velebit Channel up to gale force NE wind. In the far south of the Adriatic moderate to strong E and SE winds. Sea slight and moderate, in the open of the North Adriatic up to rough. Variably cloudy with a chance of rain and isolated rain showers with thunder, particularly in the South Adriatic and in the open sea.
