Moderate to fresh, in the North and South Adriatic locally up to strong NE winds, in the Velebit Channel near gale force, decreasing towards noon and in the open sea of the South Adriatic turning to SE. Sea smooth to slight, in the open and in the Velebit Channel locally moderete. Light to moderate cloudy, just in the extreme South a risk of rain and thunder.
