During forenoon gusts of NE wind of about 35 knots only in some places but up to 50 knots in the Velebit Channel and in the far south of the Adriatic and in the second part of the day only in some places at the foot of Velebit remaining up to 40 knots. A risk of light isolated thunderstorms in the open of the South and towards late in the day and at night also in the rest of the Adriatic.

A ridge of high is spread from the northeast across the Adriatic whereas a low is stationary across the central and eastern Mediterranean.

NE wind 8-18, in the Velebit Channel and in the far south of the Adriatic up to 26 knots but will be gradually decreasing and in the South and Central Adriatic turning to E and SE winds 4-14, in the open sea up to 18 knots but only in some places in the Velebit Channel NE wind remaining up to 20 knots. The sea 2-3, still initially 3-4 at the foot of Velebit and in the open sea of the South Adriatic. Visibility more than 20 km. Fine to fair whereas in the open sea of the South Adriatic it will be variably cloudy with likely scattered rain or rain showers with thunder.

Light to moderate E and SE winds, also fresh only in some places in the open sea whereas in the North Adriatic light to moderate NE wind but gradually decreasing. The sea smooth to slight. Cloud increase and first in the open sea a risk of scattered rain or isolated rain showers with thunder.
