A ridge of high is spread from the northeast across the Adriatic whereas a low centered southwards Sicily is slowly shifting to the east.

In the North Adriatic and along the coast calm or NE 4-10, in the Velebit Channel up to 22 knots. In the open sea of the South and Central Adriatic SE and E winds 8-18 knots. The sea 1-2, in the Velebit Channel and in the open of the South and Central Adriatic 2-3. Visibility 10-20 km. Mostly clear skies whereas gradual cloud increase in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic.
