The ridge of high from the European mainland is stationary across the Adriatic whereas the center of the Mediterranean low keeps staying southwards Sicily.

NE wind 6-16, in places up to 20 and in the Velebit Channel up to 28 knots whereas in the afternoon locally in the South and Central Adriatic turning to NW wind. The sea 2-3 but 3-4 locally in the North Adriatic. Visibility 20 km. Mostly clear skies.
