In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic local gusts of NE wind 35-50, in the Velebit Channel up to 70 knots. During the night gusts of SE wind of about 35 knots locally in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic. Isolated thunderstorms in the Central and South Adriatic.

The low across the Central Mediterranean is spreading a trough with a frontal system towards the Adriatic whereas a ridge of high is intensifying from the northwest.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic NE wind 14-26, in the Velebit Channel up to 36 knots. In the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic mostly SE and E winds 6-14, at night increasing to 14-24 knots. The sea 2-3, in the North Adriatic intensifying to 3-4, at night also in the open of the remaining part. Visibility 10-20 km. Variably and mostly cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers, particularly in the Central and South Adriatic where there is also a risk of thunder.

In the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to strong NE, in the Velebit Channel also of near gale force whereas in the South and in a part of the Central Adriatic moderate to fresh SE but strong only in some places. The sea slight and moderate. Variably and mostly cloudy with scattered rain and isolated rain showers, particularly in the Central and South Adriatic where there is also a risk of thunder.
