The high is weakening but the influence of the low and its center over western Mediterranean is strengthening across the Adriatic.
Weather forecast for the Adriatic for the first 12 hours
Variable winds, in the North Adriatic NE 4-12, still initially up to 18 knots locally in the Velebit Channel but towards late in day turning to SE wind. The sea 1-2, initially 2-3 locally in the Velebit Channel. Visibility 10-20 km but at night and in the morning there is a low risk to be reduced to less than 1 km due to fog. Cloud increase and scattered rain, mainly in the open sea.

Light to moderate SE wind but fresh locally in the North and in a part of the Central Adriatic. The sea smooth, in places slight. Variably cloudy with scattered rain, rain showers and thunder.
